Our time together will include reflection and journaling, intention and priority setting, guided meditation, and an energy clearing.
You’ll receive a pdf workbook with the reflection prompts a few days ahead, in case you prefer to have more time with them before the equinox or if you want to have them printed.
The session will be recorded and the replay made available.

Katie Sauer, Ph.D. is an educator, speaker, and coach. She founded Burnout Proof with the mission of empowering conscious leaders to change the world with energy to spare.
Equal parts rational mind and curious soul, Katie’s formal credentials include executive coaching, energy awareness, change leadership, nutrition, nonprofit management, yoga & meditation, and economics (her doctorate).
